About This Set
Ginger Foutley isn’t popular, but she’d like to be. Through her diary she takes us through junior high and on into high school in Sheltered Shrubs, Connecticut, with best friends Dodie and Macie, popular girl Courtney Gripling, her mischievous little brother Carl and her mom Lois.
Created by Emily Kapnek and produced by Klasky Csupo, As Told by Ginger premiered on Nickelodeon in October 2000 and earned three Primetime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Animated Program. Unusually for a cartoon, its characters grow older and change their outfits, all the way to a finale that jumps ahead to Ginger’s adult life. Macy Gray sings the theme, “I’m in Between”.
The As Told by Ginger complete animated series DVD set comes on 6 discs and has all 60 episodes from all three seasons: 23 hours of uncut, digitally remastered animation. That’s 20 episodes in each of the three seasons. The discs are region free and play on any DVD player in the world, and the interactive menus include Play All for easy binge-watching. Audio is in English only, with no subtitles.
Add the As Told by Ginger complete animated series DVD set to your collection. Ginger’s whole story, from the first diary entry to the very last episode.

I’m so happy to finally add this show to my collection. I’ve been looking for it for years! This was MY SHOW in middle school. It’s amazing quality, and the little things are so cool like how they don’t repeat the same clothes every episode. The characters actually grow and change throughout the series. Everybody should watch this show!

Someone once told me the grass is much greener… on the other side! 🙂 I received this show just the other day (super fast shipping as well) and I can’t stop smiling at the nostalgia. It still holds up today as one of the best shows in my opinion. The quality is really good especially for a show this old. Just as the previous reviewer said, I’d highly recommend this show to everyone.

No hesitation recommending TVShowDVDs when looking for old show like this. Consistent quality, fast shipping, excellent communication. They have it all. Received Ginger in just 3 days and I’m already through the first disc. Excellent quality like I’ve come to expect. I’ll be back soon for my next purchase.

Like other reviewers have said, shipping is super fast. Ordered on a Monday and received Wednesday. This set really deserves the 5 out of 5 stars. The quality is great for an early 2000’s show. It looks really good even on larger TVs from today’s standards.
