About This Set
Spoon! The Tick is a huge, cheerful and not especially bright blue superhero assigned to protect The City. With his loyal sidekick Arthur, a former accountant in a moth suit, he battles some of the strangest villains in cartoon history, like Chairface Chippendale, alongside fellow heroes American Maid, Die Fledermaus and Sewer Urchin.
Created by Ben Edlund from his own comic book, the series ran on Fox Kids from 1994 to 1996, won two Annie Awards and built a big cult following among grown-ups through reruns on Comedy Central. Townsend Coleman gives the Tick his booming voice, and Arthur was voiced first by Micky Dolenz of The Monkees, then by Rob Paulsen.
The Tick complete animated series uncut DVD set comes on 3 discs and contains all 36 episodes from all three seasons, uncut with nothing edited out: 12 hours of digitally remastered animation. Season by season, that’s 13, 13 and 10 episodes. The discs are region free and play on any DVD player in the world, and the interactive menus include Play All for easy binge-watching. Audio is in English only, with no subtitles.
Bring home The Tick complete animated series uncut DVD set. The complete, uncut adventures of the big blue champion of justice.

This is the best version of the Tick as far as I’m concerned. I enjoy the Live Action shows as well, but the cartoon will always hold a special place in my heart. In addition this set is UNCUT as stated in the description. The other DVDs sold are missing some episodes or content. This one really is the way to go and the quality is perfect. Thank you!!!

I was surprised to find that there was no official USA DVD set that contained all the episodes of the Tick Uncut and Unedited. What is the world coming to?!? Everything is overly sensitive these days. Luckily TVShowDVDs carries an imported version of The Tick set (sold here), that has every single episode uncut, just like they were broadcast back in the day. Also works perfectly on USA DVD Players, or any DVD player in the world. No restrictions like other sets. I’d gladly also take this version any day rather than the censored crap they are putting out with other DVD versions of this show.
